About Matthew Eckert

What makes me tick? Creating strong and long-lasting customer relationships which will produce fruit for both parties. How have I found success in this? 1) It's done easily enough by being honest, having quality products and doing your best to look out for the collective best interest. Sometimes the honesty is hard to do, but I've found that being straight with my customers will pay off in dividends for both parties 2) Representing products that make a difference in the lives of others. There is a robust connection made between two people when you are striving for the same end results. 3) Being involved in a creative think tank. In sales, many times it's keeping your ear to the ground - hearing the rumble of market trends before they happen means the difference of being the leader or the follower in the marketplace. I absolutely love working with engineering teams to develop innovative products using the newest technology available. From the APQP to the final customer turnover - it's exhilarating to watch the product develop. Being involved from the beginning allows me to educate the end-user intelligently on how our products work and how they will benefit from them. When I’m not driving sales and building relationships, you can find me relaxing in one of my hobbies -photography, having the nicest lawn in the county, cooking and being Dad.
