About Matthew Eckl

Luxury and wealth in the Southern California Real Estate was the fuel for my business education. I started as a real estate Appraiser and honed my analytical skills on the nature of supply, demand, and many other economic inputs that help determine value. 2007 saw me caught in a historic financial crisis and forced me to adapt and redefine my profession as appraisals and accompanying income dried up. I pivoted to real estate sales with an emphasis on short sales and R.E.O. properties. As the economy recovered I transitioned into a healthy market Realtor. I enjoyed the competitive market and found success in a cutthroat industry. With my children now grown with self sufficiency, and after working in the real estate industry I saw another season of negative changes and sought a new challenge. Utilizing my strong network I was able to find a position in the food industry which dovetailed with my skill sets. I’ve enjoyed the new challenges and found great success, all while enjoying my new profession. My greatest traits are my entrepreneurial spirt, love of communicating, unending curiosity, and slightly obsessive desire for the most optimal execution of my talents. I also know that I don’t known everything and strive to learn and change for the better.
