The role of a Service Advisor has taught me that every single client interaction is different, because every single person is different. Having the ability to understand each individuals own personality, whether it be a customer or colleague, is crucial. It truly is something that can never be learned in a pamphlet of scripts or in an hour long seminar. If this job was an available course in college I definitely would have taken the class. It's a job that challenges your skill set for sales, relationship building, communication, organization, and so much more all at one desk. Skills that can be used in so many different environments.
