About Matthew Espitia

I’m a performance-driven Facilities & Security Professional with a proven track record of protecting environments while optimizing how they function. From high-traffic fitness studios and retail spaces to large-scale events, I bring structure, safety, and operational clarity to any site I’m trusted with. More than just a “security presence,” I operate as a problem-solver, technician, and protective lead—ensuring that systems run smooth, people feel safe, and issues are resolved before they escalate. Core Strengths- Facilities support & vendor coordination - Safety protocol implementation & enforcement - Crisis response & conflict de-escalation - Building walkthroughs, inspections & risk mitigation - Operational leadership in high-pressure environments I’ve spent years bridging the gap between security and operations—often stepping in as the unseen backbone when leadership is absent, supplies run dry, or a situation needs immediate containment. Now, I'm looking to take that same precision and integrity into a role where I can scale my impact across facilities leadership, site management, or workplace safety coordination.
