My name is Matthew Evans and I am a independent financial consultant. I am now able to offer BUY/SELL programs specifically for US client's, these programs are run by licensed US traders. We also have great project funding opportunities through licensed FINRA regulated brokerage firms, and investment banks. Seed capital is needed but returned should the project not be funded. Due to the fact that I am a U.S.A. resident, I am not allowed by U.S law to state that I have a European Trader with access to Private Placement Programs. I must refer to him as the “trade coordinator” and reference the Private Placement Programs, or Bank Managed Buy/Sell Programs as “A PRIVATE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY". WE CAN'T ACCEPT ANY U.S. CLIENTS OR FACILITATING BANKS FOR EUROPEAN TRADE PROGRAMS ANYMORE. A CLIENT CAN DO A DIRECT BANK CONTRACT WITH THE PROGRAM BANK IN EUROPE WITH 100M OR MORE, BUT HE MUST MOVE HIS FUNDS TO EUROPE. MANY PEOPLE ASSUME BECAUSE THEY HAVE MONEY, THEY CAN DICTATE THEIR PROCEDURES TO THE PROGRAM BANK. THE PROGRAM BANK SETS FORTH THE TRADE PROCEDURES, THE DECISION IS UP TO THE CLIENT IF THEY WANT TO ENTER THE TRADE PROGRAM. Due to U.S law, I am unable to provide returns on the programs in writing.
