Lead day to day operations of individuals that support receipt, subdivision and shipping preparation of GMP material Ensured both GMP Sample Repository and Analytical laboratories are in a state of permanent inspection readiness. Prepared for and participated in multiple internal and external audits including FDA, DEA, QP & MPA inspections. Conducted root cause analyses & CAPA development and implementation during authoring of NOE’s related to GMP Sample Repository and Analytical laboratory Metrology. Established strong working relationship with facilities managers to quickly remediate issues found in the facility. Lead project to design and qualify 4 GMP analytical labs while ensuring all GMP and safety requirements are met.
