About Matthew Fleming

I am an experience instructor and project manager with a Secret clearance. I have 17 successful years of diverse experience in leading global teams in organizational and leadership development, change management, transactional lean, and talent management. My years as a US Army Aviation Officer (UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot), coupled with time in the Aerospace industry taught me to create and influence global and cross-functional teams, leverage relationships to solve complex problems, mentor fellow veterans and peers, and improve personal and organizational performance. With significant experience in and a passion for adult education, training, facilitation, coaching, change management, and project management I can make a significant impact on how an organization addresses and solves their problems. I'm good at (and enjoy) leading and managing people. I've built high performing teams and turned around poor performing projects, programs, and people. I've commanded soldiers in combat zones and mentored peer teammates as an individual contributor. I'm calm and cool under pressure and a quick study.
