About Matthew Foley

I’ve worked in varying of roles, some in high school and several part time positions through college. I had a few more short term positions after graduating college and moving home. During the pandemic I worked as an Americorps Member Volunteer with the Red Cross doing disaster service work and outreach in five counties surrounding Detroit. I spent a year with Union Home Mortgage. Now I am working in an administrative, patient services role as a Cleveland Clinic caregiver.I am hoping this position gives me the skills and experience to move in tan interesting direction with my career. I am gaining valuable administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Next for me is a paralegal certificate. In the future I would love to be doing something linked more closely to what I went to college for.I was very inspired by the professors I had. I hope in my career I can do for myself and others something that would make these people proud. They gave me the ability and motivation to develop myself. To pursue goals and achievements while also considering the world and my lived experience in a radically different and powerful way.
