Currently, as a Senior Analyst in FP & A at Taco Bell, I manage a $188MM G&A budget, ensuring fiscal accuracy and efficiency. My role involves monitoring period-end variances, presenting comprehensive analyses to C-Suite executives, and spearheading initiatives like the implementation of a division-wide reforecasting model. I have also developed compensation calculation tools and KPI dashboards to support key hiring decisions and monitor actual results versus a $3.0MM vacancy task. Additionally, I train and manage profit planning for over 15 cross-functional budget partners. My career began at Eaton, where I participated in a 3-year, multi-rotational Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This program provided me with a robust foundation in financial strategy and leadership across various FP & A roles. During my time at Eaton, I strategized cross-functionally to manage a $65MM capital budget and a $7MM factory cost initiative. I also facilitated the integration of new business acquisitions, ensuring alignment with Eaton's financial reporting models and ERP systems. Additionally, I implemented a forecast accuracy scorecard, automated month-end reports, and developed templates and models for key financial metrics.
