I’m a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 10 years of experience in ISO9001 and EH & S and 3 years in AS9100 APQP. I have written 3 separate QMS manuals for company registration and many QMS templates for suppler / fabricator improvement. Additionally, I have developed procedures, processes and training for APQP such as FMEA, FAI, Lessons Learned and Supplier Maturity as well as Supplier Maturity Assessment for continued improvement. As a Quality Engineer my skillset has benefited major companies in power and energy such as Siemens, ProEnergy and Global Power and as a Senior level Quality Engineer for The NORDAM Group, an Aerospace engineering and manufacturing company.As a customer, I have lead supplier improvement efforts regarding developmental hardware for Airbus. as a supplier, my team and I developed APQP practices for company maturity enhancements geared toward new product development and Voice Of the Customer. I am expert level in Excel where at Nordam I successfully parsed over 100k records from multiple divisions for dynamically generated KPI's. I successfully developed a process to sort data from all divisions within minutes, not only freeing up several hours and multiple stakeholders monthly but also eliminated human error.I have coordinated quality maintenance and improvements for Global Power, a design and engineering firm focused on power plant structural and piping design and fabrication for the power industry. In this role I was focused on Supplier Surveillance and improvement, KPI's and customer solutions. Successes included creating electronic web based and excel based forms for key inspections to eliminate errors and assist in data collection for KPI’s. I was also pivotal in launching a new EH & S program (Manual and Procedures) for use in ISNetworld (EHS Website) which led to an overall increase in customer rating from a D to an A.Colleagues know me as a highly creative supplier and process improvement specialist who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach.
