About Matthew Gannon

I have always enjoyed working in IT because of the opportunities to apply my problem solving, troubleshooting, and creative skills to drive process improvements and functionality. After many years in system configuration and IT support, I decided that I wanted to play more of a role in software and application development. To this end, I recently obtained a Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals certification. I enjoy bridging the gap between technology and users and would love to partner with employees to identify technology needs and collaborate on building solutions. My career thus far has helped me develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I am adept at conveying technical information to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner. In addition to my Power Platform certification, I have obtained certifications in Security, Compliance, and Identity; AWS; Azure. I plan to learn Python in the near future, and I am capable of quickly and easily mastering new software and programs. With a determined work ethic, dedication to continued learning, and proven history of accurate, high-quality work, I am a valued team member on collaborative efforts or in self-motivated environments.
