As a dedicated Learning Coach at Lifetime Training, I specialise in delivering Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 hospitality apprenticeships to learners working at Premier Inn. My role is not just about teaching it's about empowering individuals to grow in their careers, develop essential skills, and gain the confidence they need to succeed in the hospitality industry. Before stepping into the world of coaching, I built a strong foundation in hospitality, including hands-on experience working with Premier Inn and other roles within the industry. This background gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities hospitality professionals face, allowing me to provide practical, real-world guidance to my learners. With a strong focus on both professional and personal development, I also support learners in achieving their Level 1 and Level 2 functional skills in English and maths. I take pride in creating engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs, ensuring every learner receives the guidance and encouragement necessary to reach their full potential.
