About Matthew Gass

I’ve always been curious about marketing, especially what drives consumer behavior and how people make buying decisions. I also value client relations and customer service because I know the impact they have on a brand’s reputation. I have a strong work ethic and enjoy the challenge of learning new things. In fact, I hope that I never actually stop learning throughout the course of my career. Most of my work experience to date has been in a customer service role for Carefree Boat Club. I learned a lot working on the docks in the summer. First, always wear a hat and bring sunscreen! But just as important, remember you are the face of the brand. From spending a few extra minutes making sure a boat was in perfect condition for the next client or explaining the benefits of joining to a potential new member, the details make a difference.
