An experienced full time Police Staff National Firearms Instructor. Occupationally qualified as a firearms operator (SFO, ARV, OFC, TacAd, SFIC, VEO, SMOE, PRSI, RCO, RSO) as laid down within the NPFTC and has served as a Specialist Firearms Officer and on ARVs as an operator and Operational Firearms Commander as well as in Royalty and VIP Protection. A fully qualified Police NFI and Firearms Tactical Adviser with level 4 TAQA and a current Police Range Safety Inspector. A skilled operator and a developer of opportunities, building a network of Government Agencies and training departments from across the United Kingdom that come together to share ideas and facilities. Striving for excellence in the quality of the product supplied and looking to further student’s experiences and enhance learning in various challenging environments. Over the past few years has built a portfolio of training venues within the Eastern Region which are available to all Government Agencies and civilian organisations for training purposes. Bylaugh Hall in central Norfolk is where all of the training is centred. Accommodation is available for up to 40 students and instructing staff with packages tailored to suit individual groups. My experience comes from having served for ten years with HM Royal Marines and since 1995 with Norfolk Police as part of the 7 Force Collaboration in the Eastern Region.
