Every role I’ve taken on, every team I’ve coached and played on, and every conversation I’ve had, has stretched me in some way. And through it all, one thing has remained constant: my desire to help people. I don’t see relationships—whether professional or personal—as transactions. I see them as opportunities to understand, support, and guide. My background in high-level soccer coaching taught me this early on; to be a good leader, you have to listen more than you talk, care more than you control, and always meet people where they are. Coaching isn't just about the game—it's about showing up, building trust, and helping others believe in themselves. In my career, I’ve carried that same mindset into every organization I’ve joined. I’ve worked alongside incredible people, learned from both success and failure, and stayed grounded in my purpose: to be of service. Whether I’m teaching, coaching, or working in sales, my goal is the same—to be helpful, to connect meaningfully, and to make the world a slightly better place than I found it.
