Matthew is a deadline-driven and proactive hydraulic engineer. He has supported projects from the concept design through to construction and maintenance, and therefore, understands the importance of working collaboratively with all stakeholders to guarantee a project’s success. His expansive technical capabilities prove invaluable in offering design solutions and engineering specifications that are sensitive to each project’s budget, deadline and strategic objectives. With his exceptional attention to detail and aptitude for design refinement, Matthew easily adapts to project changes to make sure the most suitable and cost-effective solution is put forward, without compromising the overall outcome. Prior to Matthew's engineering experience, he completed 4 years trade in the construction industry as a Journeyman Plumber, Drainer, Gas Fitter, and Backflow Prevention Specialist. This hands-on period has assisted with Matthew's ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors and offer design solutions that are supportive of the budget conscious subcontractor and contractor environment, of which ensure buildability and cost minimisation in the engineering documentation produced.
