After gaining my IT degree I moved to Swindon to seek new opportunities. I started work at FMC Technologies as a 1st Line Support Engineer. I later moved to Cherwell Software where I started in 1st Line Support. I was later promoted to 2nd Line Support and became shift lead at the weekends. I then moved over to Professional Services where my role changed to consulting and solution delivery. Always keen to learn new skills, I have a great thirst for knowledge and enjoy embracing new challenges. I integrate easily into new environments, and I am a hard worker who is not shy of hands-on tasks. Managing my time well along with a lot of determination has been key in achieving my personal goals.
