About Matthew Groneman

I am a senior-level intelligence analyst with over 18 years of progressive experience in federal and state government service with more than nine-years of extensive combined military service (active and reserved) and government contract work focusing on collection, research, and evaluation of raw intelligence information and the fusion of collected data to create finished intelligence products. I am highly regarded in managing project workflows and briefing senior leadership on tactical and strategic issues. My project work has included efforts to expand a program to exploit unique collection capability against top priority requirements, providing analytical judgments regarding the presence, intent, and capabilities of state and non-state criminal and terrorist organizations. In addition to my analytical responsibilities, I am a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves where I am responsible for the training, development and mentorship of junior sailors and junior officers. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from SUNY Geneseo, and currently seeking a Master’s of Science in Cyber Security and Policy.
