I have had the opportunity to develop skills and competencies that include: budget oversite, strategic long-term planning and staff development and management I excel in stressful situations and have the ability to bring a calmness to a team. Through my experience, I am able to navigate and thrive in challenging political environments. I enjoy working with a team to solve challenging problems that restrict the success of an overall organization. I have a strong moral compass and I value, family, laughter, honesty, integrity, and diversity.
