As the Senior Vice President Laboratory Operations at Aegis Sciences Corporation, I lead a team of scientists and instrument engineers who provide customized and innovative solutions for our diverse client base, ranging from clinicians to pharmaceutical companies. With more than ten years of experience in operations leadership, I have successfully overseen all aspects of our laboratories, including assay design and validation, project/study management, compliance, operations, staffing, and budget. I received my MBA from Vanderbilt University and am board certified in Clinical Molecular Genetics by the ABMGG and Toxicology by the NRCC, and I leverage my expertise in these fields to ensure the quality and reliability of our laboratory services. I am also passionate about business development and client relations, and I work closely with our sales and marketing teams to secure new contracts, onboard new clients, and maintain customer satisfaction. I believe that my leadership style is based on collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement, and I strive to create a culture of excellence and innovation within my organization.
