As a graduate student from Politecnico di Milano with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering for Risk Mitigation, I am an aspiring Geospatial Data Scientist deeply passionate about mitigating Natural Hazards (#DRR). My life goal, cultivated not only through my education but also my extracurricular activities, has always been to safeguard people's lives and assets from Natural Disasters. I firmly believe that in today's era of abundant data from sources such as satellites (#RemoteSensing), radars, and sensors, being a Data Scientist with Software Development skills offers the most effective way to leverage my expertise and available data to achieve this goal.I have extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems, including Esri products and open-source tools like #QGIS. I've completed multiple projects mitigating natural hazards such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, and avalanches. I leverage satellite data (#remote_sensing) and available data to develop effective solutions.In addition to my technical expertise, I love creating innovative solutions and have a passion for entrepreneurship.
