My name is Matt and I am an accomplished data-driven leader. I am known as the go-to person for three succinct keys components of a successful workflow: problem resolution, process improvement, and team motivation. I know what it takes to achieve company goals while training staff to be proactive contributors. My almost 20 years of experience has given me not only a unique skillset but also an ability to leverage my own personal strengths to lead a high-impact team in any setting. Some highlights of my recipe for career achievement are as follows: An exceptionally robust work ethic (I’m the guy who will even work on Thanksgiving if that’s what it takes to get a project done for my team). A keen eye for precise details (it’s a common occurrence for me to catch small errors before they become catastrophic company losses), The ability to motivate those around me to grow professionally. I believe strongly in customer service excellence and have a proven ability to work well with all levels within an organization, as well as with external clients and vendors. I work well alone, but thrive when collaborating with others, facilitating the empowerment of individuals and positioning positive cultures for success.
