Regional Manager (Midwest) for APC after 3+ incredible years as Pharmacy Director for Montrose Behavioral Health Hospitals in Uptown, Chicago. As Pharmacy Director, I helped lead the successful opening of the pharmacy at a new acute care behavioral health hospital for children and adolescents. While Director of Pharmacy there, I also helped coordinate, plan, and set up a pharmacy at a new neighboring adult campus. For almost 6 months, I was Pharmacy Director for both locations, before relinquishing the Director position at the Childrens pharmacy, to focus on the pharmacy at the growing adult campus.20+ years experience as a patient care focused community pharmacy manager in a variety of rural, suburban, and urban locations. I am a certified immunization pharmacist who has experienced success in planning and coordinating immunization events. I worked with a team of pharmacists and health care professionals to organize and open the first US drive-thru Covid testing site for a national pharmacy chain. I also have 4 years of experience in medication therapy management (MTM - via Mirixa and Outcomes)I am focused on providing the highest level of patient care and health care outcomes. I also have proven successful in teaching and training my pharmacy technicians as well as newer pharmacists. I have the ability to manage a business in accordance with profit and loss statement results, as well as experience in managing payroll expectations.
