My focus remains on driving customer satisfaction, which has been instrumental in achieving a 5-star HBF rating across all developments. In my current role, I lead the customer service aspect for multiple developments within the Northern Home Counties region. This involves directly handling initial customer concerns post-legal completion, ensuring their utmost contentment. The skills honed in my previous role as Assistant Site Manager at Persimmon Homes, particularly in managing site demands and striving for higher quality from our Subcontractors, have contributed to the success and recognition of our developments.
