Each team has had a deep focus on solving complex problems, driving sustainable growth, and creating meaningful impact for our business and our customers.Currently as the VP of Sales at Inovalon, I oversee a teams working to simplify revenue cycle processes for Post-Acute and Ambulatory Healthcare Providers. My expertise lies primarily in the SaaS sector of the healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle management (RCM).What has been a constant theme over my career has been a deep focus on alignment. Connecting strategy to execution and connecting people across functions to create something scalable. Whether building out sales infrastructure, partnering with marketing on pipeline generation, or influencing product through customer insights, I’ve seen how cross-functional collaboration is the engine behind sustainable growth.I’m energized by building teams that don’t just hit targets, they raise the bar, influence change, and unlock the next phase of business performance.
