Being a Manager is exactly what it sounds like. Navigating your way through unexpected situations and doing your best to make it better than before. If there is an issue, people look to me knowing I will help come to a sensible and open-minded resolution. My drive is to help others through times of need. Coming out of a difficult situation with a better understanding and vigor to allow them to coupe and excel the next time. There are not many things to help a company grow more than the way to operate through difficult times and prosper after. I’ve had my fair share of hard times. Unexpectedly changing my career after closing a company I helped start. The lessons I learned during those difficult times has allowed me to understand what is needed and wanted. Most important - Reliability builds trust. Trust builds teams.
