Since joining Cushman & Wakefield as a Transaction Manager in August 2006, Matt has continued to elevate within C&W (formerly CTMT, CT, and DTZ). Matt currently is the Senior Account Director for The UPS Store and H&R Block. He has also held roles supporting Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts, Avaya, Dogtopia and MB2020. He is responsible for nearly 100 individuals including Directors, Account Managers, Senior Managers, Managers and Associate level personnel. Matt oversees multiple functions including Transaction Management, Facilities Management, Lease Administration, Project and Development Services, and Strategic Planning/Consulting. Matt is the direct point of contact with client VP's and Directors and is responsible for all QBR, KPI, SLA and other various metrics and presentations. Highlights of oversight responsibilities within these functions include- Transaction Management: various transactions annually with a total lease value of over $200m - Facilities Management: annual work orders at a spend of over $15m - Lease Administration: 6,600 locations under management with annual rental spend of nearly $300m - Project and Development Services: Approximately 1,200 annual projects with a CapEx budget of $80m In addition to these functional account based responsibilities, Matt is also responsible for greater planning and communication within Global Occupier Services Leadership group, including but not limited to: • Service Delivery Standards Excellence • Client Experience & Relationship Management • Talent Management and Team Development • Financial Performance (including P&L, client contract expansion / renewals etc.) • Expanding Share of Wallet • Account Risk Management • Senior Level Presentations • New Business Pursuit Support Community Leadership • Promise Homes Golf Tournament Board Member / C&W Liaison • Ronald McDonald House Charities - Cornerstone Member • University of Missouri Alumni Association – Member • Down Syndrome Association of St. Louis – Volunteer/Donor
