Who is Matthew Hutfles? For more than 5 years, I have the Greater Nashville area as a REALTOR® & Accredited Buyers Representative ABR®. This means that whether you are buying or selling, you are working with a qualified real estate professional, with proven experience and specialized training geared at promoting and protecting your interests from start to finish. I was born in the small Kansas town of Colby and graduated with a grand total of 96 people. Following my graduation, I set out to see the world and had the privilege of interning on a Friesian horse farm in Holland to pursue my love of all things horses. After my internship, I returned to the United States where I was educated as a professional photographer gaining valuable skills that I use to this very day. Eventually, life took me to Tennessee where I worked in the banking industry applying my go-getting skills to become the third top customer service clerk in the region. Armed with this experience and my outgoing people-loving personality, I achieved my goal to obtain my Real Estate license and have never looked back. Today I call Lenox Village here in Nashville my home and I couldn’t be happier to live in such a beautiful area. My clients are more than just a “sale” to me. Buying, selling, relocating etc. is a major life decision involving your hard earned money and your emotions – I get that. My first goal is always to take the time necessary to understand your needs and budget so that I can do my absolute best to deliver. I am extremely motivated and welcome the challenge of maximizing the sale of your current home or finding a new one that will meet and/or exceed your expectations. With many people starting their search online, I cannot stress enough the value of top-notch pictures. That being said, I will personally see to it that your home is represented to its full potential both inside and out.
