About Matthew Jarrett

I love computers!Since the age of 12, I've been invested in how computer works ranging from the hardware to the software.I've gained many Computer skills over my lifetime. I've learned Microsoft Office extensively and it's features in order to increase Microsoft Office 365 add-on sales in Micro Center as a Customer Service Representative. I've also focused a lot of my customer service skills to achieve this goal as well. In addition to Microsoft Office, I've gained extensive knowledge in computer hardware and computer repair. I was able to put my computer skills to use as a Computer Lab Aide at Macomb Community College. There I dived deeper into the Windows OS, Active Directory, and learned some CLI scripting along the way. Finally, I used all of the computer skills that I've acquired from my previous employment and am currently a Deskside Technician for Stefanini, an IT Consulting Company. I make it a point to resolve Incidents and Requests as fast as possible, and I've even used shell scripting skills that I've learned along the way to automate tasks.I am an aspiring Full-Stack Developer, currently learning many programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and more. I'm also gaining even more knowledge in shell languages such as Bash and Powershell. I have a GitHub page where I share my progress to full-stack developing with different projects.
