About Matthew Jimenez

I am a student currently enrolled in Kansas State University, studying kinesiology and dietetics. I have attended DeVry University, majoring in electrical engineering with a focus in renewable energy as well as Brookdale Community College for 4 years studying criminal justice. I have been in the customer service industry for about 5 years. From this, I have been able to more so better understand people and their attitudes when it comes to purchasing and communicating with other people. I have amassed a bit of a fallowing when it comes to who they would like to proceed with their experience at a store. From this I have become more of a people person, knowing how to talk and interact with them. I have been around technology my whole life. For many years, I've been the family's IT support when it comes to electronics. I have always been involved in both the software and hardware aspects of technology, specifically computers. I have built computers for not only myself, but for friends and family. Whenever they have a problem, such as their computer running slow or not being able to boot, I am one of the people they go to with full confidence that will find out what's wrong and fix it.
