I have the ability to work collaboratively in a group/team environment have shown to have integrity, accountability, and able to be extremely dependable. I have interest in learning all aspects of the petrochemical industry. With the new construction experience in building petrochemical units, I was able to learn the basic operational process from building civil foundations all the way to startup. I have worked numerous shutdowns and have the knowledge of field equipment. I am competent in reading blueprints ranging from civil, pipe, mechanical, electrical and mostly any petrochemical engineered drawing. I have hands on experience in multiple trades from civil, mechanical, structural steel, and some pipe. Along with field experience I have the ability to run multiple computer programs from Excel, PowerPoint, to P6. I love working in the petrochemical industry. NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS Perform forecasting of project costs Project cost management for clients Supervise the project cost to ensure budgets are maintained properly Provide supervision in the updating of project costs per client needs and requests Responsible for the supervision of work packages and any discrepancy resolution Interface with lead schedulers to submit project quantity tracking and schedules to clients for review Capture change order requests and create/submit detailed estimates for change orders Capture and submit requests for information to client.
