Proven senior-level real estate experience including executive decision-making, strategic business development and negotiation. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational and creative skills. Experienced in complete development process from raw land acquisition, through approvals, construction of all services and successful sell-out of serviced lots. Presently supervise team of 8 staff, plus numerous consultants. Currently managing a 469 home, master-planned community (value at completion of homes of approximately $700 million) and an $85 million multi-family complex: Watermark has won an unprecedented 13 awards for development and marketing excellence from the Canadian and Calgary Region Home Builders’ Associations, including the coveted national award for best residential community in all of Canada in 2012 and 2013, as well as Community of the Year for the Calgary Region in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
