About Matthew Joyce

I am an Audience Engagement Specialist at the Business Post. In this role, I help to make posts on the website look more inviting and engaging to readers, by including in-line linking, referrals to past work from our incredible team of journalists and analysts, and ensuring that articles are written in a friendly, concise and understandable way. In the meantime, I also am boosting engagement with individual articles by sharing them on our social media channels, which include Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. I also help to curate the daily Business Post Briefing, which is sent to subscribers and those signed up to the newsletter - which features top quality articles from the previous day, as well as articles to get you started on the latest news of the day. I also have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of reporting, as a Freelance News Reporter for Bauer Media Audio Ireland. On top of that, I have excellent leadership skills, in my past role as Editor-In-Chief of The College View, DCU’s independent student newspaper, where I delivered student media award wins and nominations.
