About Matthew Karan

From a young age, I've always been interested in business. Following these desires, I completed a Bachelor of Business (Management), co-majoring in Marketing at Swinburne University of Technology in 2017. As a professional, I have over five years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Currently, I am working as a Low Risk Case Manager with Allianz Australia. As an individual, I am a people-person and whilst I can work independently, I also work very productively in teams. I am strategic and innovative and throughout my working experience have consistently positively impacting business outcomes through effective organisation, prioritisation and execution of key projects. Outside of work, I am usually either watching sports or playing sports. An avid fan of many sporting codes, I find inspiration from witnessing the collaboration of individuals working to achieve a common goal. This provides me with the motivation to succeed not only in the workplace but life in general. I also have an interest in general fitness and strive everyday to be a become a better version of myself. Other hobby's includes playing video games, reading books and listening to podcasts.
