I began my career with a simple idea; Work hard, be humble, learn from others, and never stop pursuing knowledge. As a result my career experience and skills are a product of a constant pursuit of knowledge and expertise in the field of finance. I believe that effective sales management is rooted in the understanding of the environment and people that surround you. Sales are merely an outcome, but the importance of creating sustainable solutions that enhance efficiency and value are the fundamentals. As a relationship manager, I concentrated on the fundamentals of building a connection with my clients. Understanding their pain points, insecurities and goals served as a foundation of creating a strategy unique to each and every client. I believe that the hardest thing in life is establishing trust, and the easiest is losing it. I surrounded myself by industry experts, working on understanding what sets them apart, and how I can improve my skill sets to better serve clients. As a manager, I took my relationship building skills and applied them to create an academic and industry specific approach to build and develop “The Best”. My approach to leadership is centered on understanding my employees, employing strategies that complement their styles, and help them build upon individual success. I pride myself on career development, investing into others as others invested into me.
