About Matthew Kealey

My goal is to work behind the scenes in the broadcast television/film/live event production industry.My education at Mohawk College has given me a solid background and appreciation for all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production. I am a creative, collaborative content developer with strong video, sound and graphics editing skills. I am competent using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition and have a working knowledge of Avid Media Composer and Avid Pro Tools. I have acquired experience operating industry standard cameras, setting up lighting and sound mixing. I enjoy working in studio, on location and within the live environment. I am a strong communicator, well planned, organized and able to prioritize under pressure. I am proud of the growing portfolio of high quality, creative, engaging products that I have made for both traditional and digital/social media. My work experience has confirmed my passion for being part of a production team. I love the excitement that comes with setting up for a shoot and the sense of satisfaction at the end when you know you have contributed to a quality production. I am friendly and get along well with everyone. I take pride in being a dedicated, reliable team member with a very strong work ethic who is willing to do any job that is required.
