About Matthew Koons

Infrastructure Director at BERPL Technologies with 6+ years of progressive growth from System Administrator to Supervisor to Director. I lead a multi-country IT infrastructure team focused on building secure, reliable, and scalable platforms that keep the business running—networks, servers, core systems, and the standards that support them.My strengths sit at the intersection of security, Microsoft server technologies, and modern infrastructure operations: hardening environments, improving uptime, simplifying administration, and turning complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans. I’m also a people leader—certified in coaching skills for leaders and managers—and I’m intentional about developing teams, leveling up processes, and creating a culture of accountability and learning.I’m motivated by outcomes: stable systems, reduced risk, faster resolution, and great customer experiences—internally and externally.
