Serving as VP of Operations, I am responsible for all core operational functions and the daily workflow of my department at our 3 facilities. I am proud to have risen through the ranks at New York Tent and, in my current role, work to implement ongoing strategic change to increase productivity, quality and employee/client satisfaction. My latest achievement is my recent appointment to my dual role, as VP of Operations for both New York Tent and Industrial Structure Solutions (sister companies). Streamlining operational procedures is just one of the many hats I wear. Having had valuable prior roles that focused on logistics, purchasing, and inventory management among others, I have built a truly well-rounded operational foundation. I understand every aspect of the department I am leading and have a passion for supporting my employees in their success. I am instrumental in all executive-level departmental decisions regarding budgeting, hiring, logistics, purchasing, forecasting, processes implementation, fleet management, staff management, facilities management, subcontracting, escalations, compliance, building expansion, and beyond.
