Matthew is a resourceful and team-oriented director of operations with extensive experience in leading care management services, implementing new services, offering technical advisory, and supervising financial implications. Matthew is skilled at conducting data analysis, managing healthcare administration, and coordinating general business management. I have a strong background in allocating clinic resources, supervising budgets, planning care, recruiting and training staff, providing constructive feedback to employees, and evaluating and improving staff and clinical performance. Career Highlights- Raised department strength from three teams located in one office to ten teams located in two offices as well as 25-person department to 80-person department, including the creation of leadership infrastructure and growth pathways- Steered and incorporated the Developmentally Delayed and Intellectually Disabled (DDID) population into the agency by building a dedicated specialist team for the DDID population.
