I have been in high level leadership positions in the film entertainment industry my entire career. I excel at overseeing multi million dollar facilities and teams that provide outstanding guest experiences in cinema. As the business world continues to change with the pandemic, I am seeking a new path where I can contribute to the success of your organization while growing personally and developing new skills and talents. My ideal position will push me out of my comfort zones of management and movies. Rather, I would like to apply the skills I have honed as a General Manager in a career that helps me to see people, situations and the world from a different perspective. I have mastered customer service and guest relations and now want to utilize what I know to serve your customers. I know how to fix and maintain everything from a broken seat to complex digital film equipment and computer networking systems. Now, I want to apply those problem solving skills to the problems your business faces and provide innovative, cost effective solutions to make your business run better. I have not only hired and trained legions of teenagers, I have also led a Talent Management Board for an entire market over many years where we focused on growing well equipped people into effective leaders.
