About Matthew Liedel

I spent nine years in the Marine Corps travelling around the United States and the world. When I decided to separate from the military, my rank was a Staff Sergeant (E-6). I managed upwards of a couple million dollars worth of equipment and 30-40 Marines. I have also worked at two different small colleges in a multitude of capacities. I have worked in almost every department at a college, with the exception of Financial Aid. I have worked in the Bookstore, Business Office (Bursar), and Registrar, as well as assisting in facilities maintenance and minor IT issues. I was the Director of Operations at The Sentry Tax Group, LLC - a tax resolution business. Although, my job description was pretty similar to when I was at the colleges - I did pretty much anything and everything, from selling to overseeing day to day operations, to minor IT issues. I started at Verizon Wireless, my current employ, as a Solutions Specialist. I sold cell phones, provided bill analysis, and basic troubleshooting. Currently, I am a Solutions Manager at Verizon Wireless. I assist my team by coaching and teaching - anything from our internal system to selling products to personal issues.
