My skillsets include data extraction and management, the implementation of spreadsheet formulas (G-suite & Microsoft), automation through MACRO building, working with databases, statistical tests and validations, managing workbooks, and data visualization and dashboard creation. I am fluent in SQL and highly skilled in Python having built up proficiency working with BigQuery and PowerQuery. I have proven experience building highly informative and eye catching dashboards on PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Studio. I am a problem solver and take great enjoyment in turning large datasets into measurable and insightful outputs. Automation is something I am passionate about and I have taken the time to focus on. Examples include connecting datasets (or data systems), creating scheduled MACROS, feeding live data into visualization tools, and presenting updates with simple yet effective tables and graphs. Once in place I may implement the storing of historical data in databases to track performance over time, building RAG tables to identify areas of improvement, and identifying outliers in data sets that either need to be removed as to not mislead the reader or investigated to identify driving factors. Once you are able to reduce human errors in workflows then you can really start to understand processes and strive for improvements. I have worked on pharmaceutical and datacenter construction projects, using data to monitor project controls metrics in a timely and cost effective manner. Recently I have been extensively working on cost data for the last 4 years, culminating in running a Cash Flow reporting team of 5 data analysts. In this position we were able to help implement a new forecasting tool in Quickbase, reducing manual inputs and increasing data quality. I would love an opportunity to build lasting processes to help streamline manual updates and improve quality of outputs. I am a strong believer in climate initiatives, sustainability and easy access to healthcare.
