About Matthew Maher

I have been working in Sydney’s Building Management industry for over 25 years, managing some of Sydney’s most prestigious and iconic apartment buildings and a number of large mixed-use developments comprising of several Stratums. During my 25 years in the industry I have achieved excellent results for many high-profile clients, managing multi-million-dollar projects including building façade restoration, facility upgrades and extensive building refurbishments. I’m an active member of the building management industry having acted as the integral driver in the formation of the World Tower Building Management Committee and being the driving force and inaugural member of one of Sydney’s largest Building Management Precinct Security Committees. I have a solid understanding of not only the complexities of managing large residential buildings, but also understanding the importance of managing the mechanical and commercial aspects of a building with great care and diligence. I work with owners and stakeholders to provide professional support and guidance on all aspects of asset management, helping to reduce risk, manage the day-to-day building operations and improve asset value.
