A leader in driving efficiency, as I've progressed through my leadership journey I've driven long-term strategic change that empowers my teams to perform optimally. In an ever-changing industry where tech is proving to be a game changer, I have been a change-agent. My accomplishments are rooted in optimizing workflows, driving efficiency through automation, and eliminating redundancy to empower my teams to best serve our residents. Fortunate for many wonderful mentors, my skillset was truly crafted by a Toledo Multi-family Legend Denny Noneman. As I graduated from the local based Noneman Real Estate Company, my career home is rooted at Cardinal Group Companies. With operational mastery groomed at NREC, my leadership and growth have been amplified by my two life mentors in Courtney Richardson and Kevin Sealey at Cardinal Group. I see my role as a unique priviledge: To lead and serve a team of leaders, to help grow talent across the country, and most importantly. To help ensure a resident experience that represents Cardinal Group's Mission Statement. In every accomplishment achieved and in all things ahead, my Core Values are my compass.
