Welfare Call was established in 2002 to assist Local Authorities, Education Services, Social Services and Children & Families Departments in the collection and analysis of school attendance and attainment data for looked after children. However, since the companies inception, we've broadened our service offering to include all vulnerable groups of children such as CiN / CP, SEND, Youth Offenders, CME and CSE. Our main aim is ultimately to help safeguard the UK's most vulnerable children, but in doing this we also impact in a number of other areas - Whilst we not only collate school attendance, we obtain attainment results, as well as provide an ePEP service (electronic personal education plan), and a very powerful Data Analytics platform that helps spot trends and patterns within the data. The vast amount of data we collect can then be accessed by our clients via our robust online extranet. At present, Welfare Call now work alongside 100 local authorities, monitoring the daily attendance of over children.
