I offer over thirteen years’ experience in the IT industry, and nine years’ experience in the financial services industry. As a proactive customer facing manager, I have proven leadership skills in managing various size teams covering various disciplines including service management, project management, data centre support, IT infrastructure, real-time transaction processing and voice trading platforms. I have worked in and managed teams for many of the major United Kingdom investment banks, providing a multitude of services and ensuring that tasks and service contracts are managed and maintained. I have ensured that teams deliver on operational SLA’s and KPI’s, while seeking opportunities to continuously drive improvement. My unique ability to communicate vision and impart knowledge with passion, inspires those around me towards a higher level of performance.
