With over 5+ years in medical device manufacturing, 10+ years in coaching, training, and team management, Matthew brings a hard-driven, inspiring energy to those he meets. Self-starting and eager to teach others, he aligns himself with the necessities of the projects he is assigned to. He builds lasting relationships and nurtures good communication and coordination within the organizations he is a part of. Using spear-heading techniques and a drive to push the mold, he strives for success and outdo expectations. Outside of work, Matthew likes to keep his skills honed and is at the Silver Dollar Shooter's Club, regularly competes around the country to become an All American, as well as coaching young aspirants who wish to get into trapshooting just like him. On the other side, he enjoys working on digital design and works as a freelance illustrator as a self-run business.
