Additional experience in SaaS, textiles, pneumatic controls and office products. I am a dedicated manager to team members, removing barriers to help them succeed and grow in their positions. I have managed remote teams in multiple locations and countries within the Americas. I can adapt my management style for different communication methods to most effectively leverage my team. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrix organization where many stakeholders need to be considered. My experience is from manufacturing sites to Corporate HQ, with ability to effectively communicate within all levels in the business. I have worked throughout the globe, with most of my experience in North America and Latin America.
