About Matthew McKim

Matthew McKim, since September 2019, has supported the Combat Capability Intelligence Enterprise Management Support Office as a Contractor with Gemini INC. Matthew McKim has supported this by developing tools and systems to fulfill intelligence and operational gaps within the enterprise DOD system. Additionally, I have been helping the Information Sharing Material Solution Analysis team with analysis and solution development. This has become the cornerstone of the CCI EMSO mission to fix the transfer of information between Combatant Commands and their Foreign Mission Partners. Matthew Mckim has helped develop Requirement Definition packages and Battlefield Working Group Briefings for the Under Secretary of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Intelligence and Support. These duties for this organization have expanded and implemented a series of additional Mission-Based Assessments. This includes establishing the Standards of Procedure for the Air Tasking Order interoperability. Due to the Mission-Based Assessment being a relatively new form of analysis for CCI EMSO, Matthew McKim will collect scenarios and potential TTP to design the way forward for any additional MBAs. Mr. McKim has developed a series of documentation for this issue to include Collection Plans, Concept of Operations, and Synchronization Matrix for all activities supporting this problem set.
