My career spans technical industries—from firefighting and high-pressure compressors to emerging hydrogen systems—but the through line has always been about leading with clarity, empathy, and results. Currently at CDPHP, I drive business growth through consultative relationships, market insight, and a commitment to delivering value to our partners and members. Prior to that, I built and scaled high-performing sales teams, led brand-aligned go-to-market efforts, and helped emerging businesses position themselves for scalable growth. Off the clock, I’m a youth hockey coach, community leader, and lifelong student of Stoicism. I believe in the power of resilient leadership and showing up with energy, collaboration, and purpose—whether it’s in the boardroom, locker room, or living room with my wife and two boys.
